Prices

All our prices include VAT 8% Switzerland (VAT), which we will be happy to return in case of delivery using post or parcel. Transport and insurance costs will be charged separately according to destination.

Payments

Normally 10% of the purchase price will be charged as deposit.

For watches with gold or platinum bracelets, watches set with precious stones, or watches with “big complications”, the down payment is determined individually.

The remaining amount is due upon delivery of the watch. Unfortunately we cannot accept credit cards. We are happy to accept Swiss francs or Euros.

Delivery

You may choose to pick up your watch directly on our premises in St. Margarethen / Münchwilen.

A delivery to your house will be charged separately.

Deliveries outside of Switzerland will be made only upon prepayment or cash on delivery.

Warranty

All newly manufactured watches are delivered with officially stamped warranty papers.

The international warranty of each individual manufacturer is therefore valid in its entirety.
